1. What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

2. I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order.  Once processed, the average shipping times are 5-7 business days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days please email us at

3. I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Unfortunately, because items sold is underwear, we cannot accept returns. 

We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged.

We give you 15 days to send the unused and unworn defective or damaged item back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the unused and unworn item, we will inspect the item and notify you via email if the refund of your original purchase has been issued.

Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels for faster processing.

Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order BEFORE it is processed. If the item is already processed and sent please wait for it to arrive and return it unused or worn to get a full refund.

5. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at 

We'll do our best to update your address before your order is shipped. If you're too late and your order has already been shipped, we can't change the address or redirect the parcel. In this case, we're not able to send you another one so it's best to contact the postal service.

6. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days.
